TERMS & CONDITIONS
FOR THE ART KINNECT SESSIONS

1.Enrolment

The enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis.

 

2.Payment

Payment is required upon enrollment to secure a spot in the class.

Advance payment of fees is mandatory.

Refunds are not provided unless the class is canceled by Kinstudio.

 

3.Class Schedule

Participants are expected to attend classes regularly and on time.

Punctuality is appreciated, and delays beyond 15 minutes will not be given extensions.

Kinstudio reserves the right to reschedule or cancel classes with advance notice.

Complete the sessions within the time frame defined during registration. Extension may be considered in case of unforeseen circumstances.

 

4.Code of Conduct

Respectful behavior is expected from all participants.

Disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in expulsion from the class without a refund.

 

5.Intellectual Property

Participants retain the intellectual property rights to their own creations.

Reproduction or use of the instructor’s intellectual property without permission is prohibited.

 

6.Cancellation Policy

Participants must inform Kinstudio 24 hours in advance if they need to cancel a class. Otherwise, the class will be considered counted.

Kinstudio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of cancellation by Kinstudio, participants will receive a full refund.

 

7.Health and Safety

Participants should inform the instructor of any health conditions that may impact their participation.

Kinstudio will take reasonable measures to ensure a safe and healthy learning environment.

 

8.Privacy

Personal information provided during enrollment and shared during sessions will be kept confidential and used only for class-related communication.

 

9.Feedback and Communication

Participants are encouraged to provide constructive feedback.

Any concerns or questions should be addressed with the instructor or Kinstudio management promptly.

 

By enrolling in Art Kinnect classes, participants agree to adhere to these terms and conditions. Kinstudio reserves the right to update or modify these terms as needed.
